The goal is to help you specify the right self service kiosk machine for each site — then hand the software side to your own stack.
Enclosure Structures
Freestanding kiosks. A floor-standing column with the display at standing or seated eye level. Suited to lobbies, retail floors, and self-order counters where the device must be visible from a distance. Payment, printing, or scanning modules can be evaluated for integration per project, with internal layout adjusted to suit.
Countertop kiosks. A compact base that sits on an existing counter or reception desk. Lower shipping volume, faster on-site placement, and no floor anchoring. Typical applications include QSR ordering, clinic check-in, and bank branch queues.
Wall-mounted units. Display and compute in a single panel fixed to a wall or pillar. Frees floor space entirely and puts the interface at a fixed height.
Desktop units. Small-format touch terminals for seated transactions and staff-assisted checkout, covered by our POS hardware line.
Across all three structures, enclosure material, color, cutouts, and branding are part of the OEM/ODM scope.
Installation Options
Floor-standing, countertop, and wall-mounted installation; mounting hardware is specified per project.
PoE power is supported where a single-cable run is preferred over a separate power drop. Tell us the site constraints — cable routing, anchoring restrictions, accessibility height — and mounting hardware will be evaluated for your site per project.
Peripheral Combinations
Peripherals are specified per deployment, not bundled by default. Standard options include:
- NFC / RFID reading for contactless cards, tags, and employee or member credentials.
- RS485 industrial control for connecting to external equipment; compatibility is confirmed per project.
- PoE power for network and power over one cable.
Additional payment, printing, or scanning modules evaluated per project.
Port layout and cutouts are part of the OEM/ODM customization scope.
Platform and Integration
Android, Windows, and Linux are supported natively across the kiosk range; OS availability is confirmed per model.
An open API and SDK are provided for software integration. Your application layer stays yours.
Where your project needs a mainboard or computing module outside our standard set, our computing modules and mainboards line covers custom board-level work.
Panel Quality and Testing
All kiosks use A-grade LCD panels. Every finished unit — not a sample from the batch — goes through a mandatory 24-hour continuous aging (burn-in) test before shipment. This catches early-life panel and board failures in our facility rather than at your customer's site, which matters when units are shipped to Europe, the USA, Japan, and South Korea and cannot be easily serviced on site.
Certificates available upon request.
OEM/ODM Customization
Levinko operates as an OEM/ODM manufacturer. Customization scope includes:
- Enclosure design, material, color, and branding
- Display size and format selection within our panel range
- Installation and mounting hardware
- Peripheral set and port layout
- OS image and board configuration
Rapid prototyping runs in 3–5 days, so you can evaluate a physical unit before committing to a production order. Our customers are mainly SaaS companies and system integrators.
