This page walks through how we manufacture and test — the production flow, the quality gates, and the evidence a procurement team can verify before placing an order.
The Facility
Our production facility covers 3,000 sqm in Shenzhen. It houses high-precision SMT lines for board-level assembly and standardized assembly lines for finished units. Keeping SMT in-house matters for OEM/ODM work: it shortens the loop between design changes and production, and it means we control board-level assembly in-house on high-precision SMT lines — not just at final assembly.
Prototyping runs in 3–5 days; standard delivery runs 3–5 days; light-customization sampling runs 7–10 days.
Production Flow
Every order follows a defined sequence:
- Prototyping — rapid prototyping in 3–5 days for form, fit, and function validation.
- SMT and board assembly — mainboards and computing modules are produced on our high-precision SMT lines.
- Final assembly — standardized assembly lines integrate LCD panels, touch layers, boards, and enclosures.
- Aging test — 24-hour continuous burn-in on every unit (see below).
- QC — final inspection prior to packing, confirmed per project.
Testing and Quality Control
The mandatory step in our flow is a 24-hour continuous aging (burn-in) test on every single unit before shipment. Units run under power for a full day, which catches early-life failures before shipment rather than at your deployment site.
Supporting that gate:
- A-grade LCD panels only.
- A dedicated QC team of 10, led by QC Manager Lin Hai, performs final inspection.
- Final QC by the dedicated QC team, led by QC Manager Lin Hai.
Certificates are available upon request; compliance documentation is confirmed per configuration and target region.
Hardware Platform and Integration
Android, Windows, and Linux are supported natively across our product portfolio, with OS availability confirmed per model. An open API and SDK is provided for software integration, letting your team bind your application to the hardware rather than working around it.
Standard interfaces:
- PoE power for single-cable installation
- NFC/RFID reading for identification and access scenarios
- RS485 industrial control for equipment and controller integration
- Other peripherals (card readers, printers, scanners, cameras, payment modules, mounts) are evaluated for integration per project.
Native Android/Windows/Linux support (OS confirmed per model) and an open API/SDK keep integration at the software layer.
OEM/ODM Customization
As an OEM/ODM touch terminal manufacturer, we take OEM/ODM customization orders, with scope confirmed per project; light customization samples in 7-10 days. Because SMT, assembly, and testing are all in-house, customization does not mean handing your project to a third party. The production team of 200, QC team of 10, Gaven Guo (Engineering & Project Director), and Lin Hai (QC Manager) build and test the production run.
Typical engagement for SaaS companies and system integrators: you define the form factor, interfaces, and software requirements; we handle prototyping, production, burn-in, and QC; you receive units configured and ready for your software.
Serving Integrators in Demanding Markets
Our units are deployed in Europe, the USA, Japan, and South Korea — markets with strict expectations on documentation, consistency, and field reliability. Working with SaaS providers and system integrators in these regions has shaped our process around two things buyers actually audit: repeatable production and documented testing.
Verify Before You Commit
If you are running supply-capability or quality due diligence, we welcome it. We can walk your team through the production flow, the testing gates, and the evidence behind them — and quote your project against a real process.
