Hardware decisions determine whether a deployment scales or stalls. Levinko has spent more than a decade on the manufacturing side of that problem, serving customers across Europe, the USA, Japan, and South Korea.
What We Manufacture
Our product lines cover the main form factors in commercial touch computing:
- Wall-mounted tablets and panels — fixed-installation touch devices for control, information, and interaction
- POS hardware — touch terminals built for point-of-sale environments
- Digital signage and commercial displays — large-format displays for public and commercial spaces
- Self-service kiosks — self-service terminals for ordering, check-in, and information; payment and other peripherals are evaluated for integration per project.
- Industrial touch panel PCs — touch panel PCs for production, logistics, and industrial control
- Computing modules and mainboards — the boards and modules inside your own enclosures
Every category is available as an OEM/ODM program. Systems integrators typically bring their own housing concept, branding, and software stack; we handle the electronics, display integration, and assembly.
Engineering and Production
Levinko operates a 3,000 sqm production facility in Shenzhen, equipped with high-precision SMT lines and standardized assembly processes. All display units use A-grade LCD panels.
Software integration is built into the hardware design. Our product portfolio supports Android, Windows, and Linux natively, with OS availability confirmed per model, and we provide an open API and SDK so your development team can integrate directly. Peripheral support includes PoE power, NFC/RFID reading, and RS485 industrial control as standard; other peripherals are evaluated for integration per project.
Testing Before Shipment
Every unit undergoes a mandatory 24-hour continuous aging (burn-in) test before it leaves the factory. This is not a sampling process. Each device runs before it is packed.
For integrators, that matters commercially: the cost of a failed unit is not the unit itself, but the site visit, the downtime, and the customer relationship. Aging tests catch early failures at our facility instead of yours. Certificates are available upon request.
Prototyping and Customization
Rapid prototyping runs in 3–5 days. That turnaround lets you validate a hardware concept early — before committing to volume or a launch date. From there, we support OEM/ODM customization, with light customization sampling in 7-10 days.
Our customers are mainly SaaS companies and systems integrators. That shapes how we work: we build to your specification and your roadmap, and we treat your software requirements as part of the hardware definition.
