If your business model depends on getting reliable touch hardware into the field at scale, the sections below outline how we work, what we build, and how integration is handled.
Manufacturing in Shenzhen Since 2010
Levinko operates a 3,000 sqm production facility equipped with high-precision SMT lines and standardized assembly processes. This setup covers the full path from bare-board electronics through to final unit testing, which means fewer handoffs between vendors and more consistent output across production runs.
Every unit passes a mandatory 24-hour continuous aging (burn-in) test before shipment. For integrators, this matters more than the spec sheet suggests. A kiosk that fails in a warehouse is a delay; a kiosk that fails in a customer's storefront is your support ticket. We use A-grade LCD panels and enforce the same testing standard whether the order is a pilot batch or a repeat production run.
Production capacity, lead times, and scheduling are discussed per project, since requirements vary significantly between a first prototype and ongoing supply.
Product Range: Kiosks, Displays, and Touch Terminals
We manufacture a broad commercial touch hardware portfolio rather than a single product line. The main categories:
- Self-service kiosks — freestanding and countertop formats for self-service ordering, ticketing, and check-in; payment and other peripherals evaluated per project
- Wall-mounted tablets and panels — for scheduling, access control, information display, and control applications
- POS hardware — terminals and touch units for retail and hospitality environments
- Digital signage and commercial displays — for customer-facing and public-space installations
- Industrial touch panel PCs — for environments that need reliable computing at the edge
- Computing modules and mainboards — for integrators who build their own enclosures and need a hardware foundation
This range means a single supplier can often cover multiple product categories within one deployment. If you are rolling out a self service kiosk program alongside digital signage or back-of-house terminals, the hardware can come from the same production and quality process.
Software Integration and Peripheral Support
Levinko hardware natively supports Android, Windows, and Linux across the product portfolio; OS availability is confirmed per model. We do not lock customers into a proprietary software stack — you deploy on the OS your application is built for.
An open API and SDK are available for software integration, so your development team can interface with the hardware directly rather than working through a black box. For kiosk and self-service applications, peripheral support includes:
- PoE power for installations where a single cable run for power and data simplifies deployment
- NFC/RFID reading for access control, identification, and member-card use cases
- RS485 industrial control for integration with external devices, sensors, and control systems
If your project requires hardware features outside the standard configuration, the OEM/ODM process is where that gets defined.
OEM/ODM and Rapid Prototyping
Levinko runs OEM/ODM customization, with scope confirmed per project; light customization samples in 7–10 days. Rapid prototyping is completed in 3–5 days for projects where the requirements are clearly defined.
For system integrators, the practical value is iteration speed. You can validate a hardware concept with a real prototype, test it against your software, and adjust before committing to a production run. We work with SaaS companies and system integrators specifically, so the process assumes you have software expertise in-house and need a manufacturing partner that can respond to it.
Certifications are available upon request and are handled as part of the project discussion.
Working With Levinko
Our customers are mainly SaaS companies and system integrators deploying commercial touch terminals in Europe, the USA, Japan, and South Korea. We are a manufacturer, not a software vendor or a reseller — the goal is to be the hardware layer your product runs on, with the quality control and customization flexibility that B2B deployments require.
If you are sourcing a self service kiosk program, replacing an existing hardware supplier, or developing a new terminal product, send us your requirements: target use case, operating system, peripheral needs, deployment region, and timeline.
